Hi Rene, The 12G that Jerry referred to (in PR), is in reference to the OTC:BB regulations. Due to new regulations...in order for Beacon to stay listed on the OTC...they have to submit a 10SB form along with current audited financial information and complete the SEC comment phase all prior to 9-1-99. The Sec comment phase can take some time. This means they have to kick it in gear pretty quick. If they don't meet these requirements by their scheduled date (9-1)... they go to the Pink Sheet list. I understand there is a 30 day grace period in some cases. I am not a current share holder either. Waiting and watching to see how quick they get the 10SB submitted. Deb'
