Take a look at SEBL....closed above 52 week high today....challenged it yesterday, closed above it conclusively today....52 week high was 54 1/2 until yesterday....looks to me like a breakout from a cup and handle....BWDIK?

Telxon Corp.said it will delay its fourth-quarter earnings release and anticipates a significant net loss for the quarter. "Our year-end closing process has been complicated with sorting out the effects of the company's previously announced restatements," said Woody M. McGee. The loss will include adjustments related to the company's program to discontinue certain products. Analysts polled by First Call had expected a 45-cent loss. The company will also restate its second quarter results for a second time. Shares rose 1/4 to close at 8 13/16. See press release. timely.com Gaylord Entertainment shares closed down 4.3 percent after the company said it expects second-quarter net income to range between breakeven and 2 cents a share. Analysts had projected a profit of 14 cents a share. The diversified entertainment company cited product delays in its Word Entertainment segment and a drop in room rates and food and beverage business at its Opryland Hotel.
