I'll take 4 1/2 up. The street doesn't really have the news yet, that is unless they have CNBC on all day like I do. Tomorrow or Mon. should be a big gainer for GNET. Once everyone realizes that we will be a major portal, they will all want to get on board. Wish I had bought it when it was teeney. R

SOME KEY LINES FROM TESTIMONY OF ALAN GREENSPAN at the Joint Economic Committee today...
"Greenspan hints at 'pre-emptive' hike
to keep inflation under control
By Rex Nutting, CBS MarketWatch
Last Update: 2:47 PM ET Jun 17, 1999"...
1)>"impressive proliferation of new technologies" that have induced "significant transformation" in the economy and forced the Fed to rethink its model of the way the economy works.
2)>"These fundamental changes appear to be far from complete" Greenspan acknowledged.
3)>…"When we can be pre-emptive, we should be”

4)>…”the future at times can be too opaque to penetrate,” said Greenspan
This analysis (Nutting) suggests that the Fed may try to prick the stock market bubble…. Greenspan said that … "Should volatile asset prices cause problems…" it would be easier to deal with a sudden correction from "a base of stable product prices.” …
5)>Besides, he said, "to spot bubble in advance requires a judgment that hundreds of thousands of informed investors have it all wrong.” ...
6)>"Betting against markets is usually precarious at best."
SUMMERY:
1. AG discovers he can go online.
2. AG realizes he can go on line next year to.
3. AG figures “if we can control this beast we will”
4. AG admits it is very hard to do that, in fact,
5. If ‘they' can't do it, I sure can't and…
6. therefore, I won't

Well he can't ‘prick' this Gnet bubble!

IMO,Puna
