Does anyone know how many shares of USWeb does intel own?

Over 70% of today's trading on USWB was done by institutions, according to Thomson i-watch, although both buy and sell.

This appeared on the Dow Jones news at 6.04 Eastern;
Shares of USWeb Corp.(USWB) fell 11.6% Thursday amid short selling and possible day-trading activity, according to Prudential Securities analyst James Dougherty.
"The technical indicators are so weak," said Dougherty, that "the charts look like they could be having a strong influence on day traders."
He said USWeb's fundamentals are strong, and that he expects the company to post a strong second quarter.
Company officials weren't immediately available for comment.
USWebs' shares closed down 2 3/8 at 18 1/8 on volume of 5.9 million shares compared with average daily volume of 2.4 million.EOM. Prudential started USWB with a strong buy rating on 5/11/99.
