Am I wrong or is this PR only confirmation of the last one. Aside from the JV partner, looks to be very similar to last weeks, just confirmation that it is done. We all knew there were other parties involved financially, so without disclosing any big names, this BIG release turns out to be a lame duck, IMHO. Does anybody expect anything positive tomorrow during trading because of this release. Could there really be investors out there who will get in now that this PR confirms what most knew already? Not trying to be negative, just don't see anything "blockbuster" in this one. Everyone has been pumped about news this week and now that we have it, well, it really isn't that big, is it? Would like your thoughts. Looks like the way things are unfolding, day traders and short term investors will have to switch to the long side of the fence to make some money. Actually that is a good thing. I am one who expected a nice run when loan closed and it doesn't look like we will see it. Looks like we will probably remain in the .03's until more news and details become known. Bob
