"If Globalstar were to annouce pre-launch deals with corporations or goverments, I would say that would be quite bullish. If they were to annoucne definative terms and timing on recieving $600 to $700 million in funding, that would be bullish. If Airtouch were to announce that their pre-launch marketing efforts and solicitations resulted in orders from 10's of thousands of their subscribers for the Globalstar service, that would be bullish" Regards, Dave
