Listened to Kumar interview

1) Cosmetic changes have been made so far

2) Cleaning slate now before a new CEO is found

3) (a) CEO need to be High Profile, Execution Focused NOT a visionary like EP (b) new CEO still 'probably' 1qtr or more away

4) Customer are confused by the myriad of CPQ offerings. Therefore CPQ has to get its act together to clarify offerings. It is costly for Customers to switch from CPQ but there is just so much pain they will endure ?

5) CPQ needs to realign to a single UNIX architecture, customers are confused.

6) Is DEC &/or Tandem archictecture good. Market share has been lost. Is CPQ throwing good money after bad here ?

7) CPQ on WS is currently dead money for a while but there is little more downside risk ! Price can only improve but recovery will not be V-shaped. Today's stock price activity showed this .. FMs are in a catch 22 and don't want to take a big CPQ loss so they will support. In the long term there is meaningful UPside potential.
