Rene, I suspect that there must be some legal reason that prohibits foreign participation, but i also suspect there will be ways to get around it. Why else would that be included? MHO

rene, their need for you to be an american resident has to do with ensuring that you will fall under the jurisdication of SEC rulings - maybe anyone more in the know could provide more info on this - if CMGi could do it easily, i'm sure they would - would be interested if you could post or describe their response i'm in the same boat - can't win them all :) - good luck!
