Sure the wts get called.

My question was aimed to sth else, namely what happens with my warrants short position (I always covered my other short wts, like KLOCZ before they ceased trading).

LOL! I love the simultaneous effects of overt jubilation and extreme defensiveness. Starting to look interesting, to say the least.

From their SEC filing (http://www.edgar-online.com/auth/edgardoc/DocMain.pl?doc=A%2D65770%2D0000912057%2D96%2D018627&coname=MICROVISION%20INC&ftype=SB%2D2/A&fds=&fdate=1996%2D08%2D23%2000%3A00%3A00&fdfmt=Aug%2023%201996&cik=65770&fmt=&nf=1)

The Company may redeem the outstanding Warrants, in whole or in part, at any time upon at least 30 days prior written notice to the registered holders thereof, at a price of $.25 per Warrant, provided that the closing bid price of the Common Stock has been at least 200% of the exercise price of the Warrants for each of the 20 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the date of the notice of redemption.

IMHO, MVIS will call in the warrants. The last part of the clip clearly indicates that the clock gets reset (if the warrants haven't already been called in) if the closing bid is below $24 in the future. The management will surely not take the risk. I am expecting to see a press release early next week (probably Monday).

Regards.
Rajiv

A red letter day? What makes you think so? The fireworks? The clock? Or Handel's Messiah playing in the background? LOL!

Rajiv, you might see the announcement tomorrow! Hope I can find more shares.

(delurk)

I don't know anything about MVIS, but are you sure that is a company page? It looks like something put up by a stock groupie (or shill, I suppose).

mvis.com

looks more reasonable.

Nice thread, Auric, all.
