Since you want to pursue this I will get extremely deliberate from what I have read and know. 300K in the float after the reverse 200K in lost certificates (old shareholders) (this is the 500K) 280K in S8 to Mark Pierce which is free trading 100K stock options for Sid but they have not been exercised. 1.5 M (144 stock to MP for the reverse Merger) ------------------------------------------------- 2.3M available to be in the float Now MP MUST follow 144 rules... he has to register them to get the restriction lifted. We will know about it when he does. WHy do you think the shorts are sending extortion letters to MP ... he is the only one with any position in the stock. Is some of this coming clear now.
