I don't think there's anything wrong with the name. I don't think there's anything wrong with having unauthorized shares. Why should they retire the shares? It may give them options down the line that they may not otherwise have. We should be thankful that they have not diluted further in a long time. As a longterm investor, I get as impatient as the rest of you folks at the lack of return here. In fact I admitted selling some shares recently to buy into a shorter term opportunity. Still I am no where near giving up on this company. Two years ago if we could have asked for everything that has been accomplished by the company, irrespective of the trading fiasco and the stock price, would we not have taken all of these accomplishments in a snap? The fact is this remains an exceptional opportunity. There is not a $.40 stock in the whole stock market that has as much going for it as TSIS. It will pay some day.
