OTOT-Ed, I am curious to know what the @home tech support said about my post if you really did show them. Do you get that low of speeds all the time? Have you tried off peak hours? Dust PS-for anyone interested...I had no problem wiring two computers together to work with one DSL line and one IP address. This allows both computers to use the DSL at the same time. I just needed a network card in each computer and a software ($39.99)called Sygate. It works seamlesly.
