Note my previous message, and the quote from their own 401K. FAC bought their share of MKTY in a regulator-forced sale of an insurance company's assets. They also acquired a chunk of debt, and it seems that they forced MKTY into a dilutative issuing of additional shares to cover it.

They have since been selling off divisions and have gone through two rights offerings.

I'd agree that FAC is a stakeholder, but I'm not certain that their interest is 100% aligned with that of "average" shareholders.
