When you consider how long it has taken them to get to this...yes it does not seem like fireworks....but we've been down this road a few times with failure at each try. It actually did it this time. The details of the joint venture is next and whoever the nationally recognized health gym is. It is not in the hands of Goulds estate, construction can begin, sales too, and a partner (with pockets) it is a huge monkey off the back. now let's hear the company plans in stages.
