FMS.A/NA I read it as, FMS.A have 387.3M$
available, and there are 27,400M shares o/s.
At $26.00/share, 14,896M shares, or 54% can
receive cash. The balance of 12,504 shares can
receive 1.3 units of NA or 16,255M shares.
Unless a provision is made to distribute more
cash and retire the shares, you may receive a
prorated amount of cash and shares if more
than 54% of shareholders choose the cash
option. But
then, is anyone here planning on holding a
position until 3Q99 when this deal is to be
completed?
