Rick or anyone.

When an individual or institution holds over 5% of another public company a 13 D must
be filed. Who files it? The owner of the 5% or the company which now must report
that one of its' shareholders owns over 5%?

Bill Gates owns over 5% of ICOS and the 13 D appears with other ICOS filings. While
BVF or the Biotechnology Value Fund files 13 D forms for all companies in which it
holds 5 percent or more of their stock.

Bottom line will monitoring the companies I am interested in permit me to find any new
13D filings or must I somehow search for the individual or corporate filing one by one?
