<My kids won't eat normal healthy food, but they love escargots, artichokes, lobster, asparagus, caviar, calamari. CW orders salmon in restaurants if he has the choice, Ammo lobster.> Many years ago, my younger brothers and I were dining at a very upscale Montreal restaurant that specialized in seafood. As we began to order our meals, the hostess looked at my youngest brother (then about 7) and said to him, "We could make a hamburger and french fries for you, Young Man".
