Janice: Thank you for posting the memorandum. It does much to clarify both the facts and the issues at hand. Any unbiased observer will benefit by a thorough reading of the entire memorandum.

Best wishes to you, Jeffrey Mitchell and Bill Ulrich. Regards, Randy

>>We also agree to cease, desist, and refrain from using either the word Business or Wire in any further Webnode press releases, as in No-Sense-Of-Humour-Wire, No-Monkey-Business Wire, or even Business Tuna, as these may still cause the misconception that we meant Business Wire.

LOL. Taht's still my favorite line of all!

Janice, Jeff & William,

I am sure that this has caused much pain and discomfort to you all, however, keep good records and maybe you can have a nice screen play out of this, I have seen hundreds of movies that were based on a lot less.

The sense of humor that you all have is WORLD CLASS.

I love your work and it has really made this adventure to the SI a rewarding and interesting trip. I look forward to what will happen next year.

JB
