Give me a break, am I not entitled to my own opinions, I look at TWE and they have already price themselves at the market cap of Etrade, I day trade, greenline says their system is not meant for it. Day trading on etrade, no problem. Greenline and etrade, I'll pick etrade any day. Of course, thats just my own opinion, if you like greenline so much and think its undervalue then you go right ahead and buy it

and your right, I am going to forget it. What does reading the prospectus have to do with anything, I am not going to invest my hard earn money in a company whose services I have tried and was a loyal customer of but at the end was treated like dirt. I don't need to read the prospectus cause I have used their services for a long time and often, have you?

What do I mean if indeed they have 360 million shares outstanding, well like you said yourself, I haven't read the prospectus, I just took the information based on what somebody else said on this thread, so I can't verify if thats the exact figure unless I do some dd and I am not going to do that on this stock cause in my opinion, its just a waste of time.

He may have a point with trading infrasture not ready for day traders but IMHO I'm going for 600 shares from my Canadian RRSP (~ U.S. 401k) for a long term play ; 5 years at least. Like you said TWE will be a worldwide powerhouse perhaps better positioned than Schwab.
