I can't find an email address for Datek corporate headquarters. But their PR firm's email address is:

datek@middleberg.com

I suggest everybody write to them saying that if they keep this up it will be a public relations disaster. Breach of contract issues, violations of trust, boycott movements, etc.

WRITE TO THEM and tell them to shape their clients up or face a PR disaster.
