I don't know Tom, I am guessing. I know better quotes in general as well as placement were discussed on the gnet thread and the "SI enhancements" thread. If I had to choose a place to put a quote that would be it. At the bottom of the text of a post is really bad, and the format is bad. It should be small and in a fixed position. That green bar is not a typical banner ad, I will tell you that. Its not the right size for a click-through (too small).
