Yes. Time Warner and Marcus for sure and who knows who else. SFA
bought an order of CCUR servers about a year ago for tests. Don't know
where they tested those but you know they didn't just store them.

No company is going to furnish this information to anyone except a
potential customer. So Tmrent will just have to wait until he gets
his VOD, complete with CCUR server, before he knows for sure.

You should listen to Diva's conference call consultant boy. They do have their own set top box, but no longer need it nor do most cable systems want a second box in the home. DUH! This is old news.

Do you know what an end to end system means. I assume you think this agreement is simply about the STB. Maybe it is. I have been under the assumption for some time that the Diva service would work with the Explorer 2000. Will it work with the SFA digital head end equipment? If it doesn't, than you can rule out Diva in any city or MSO that has installed the SFA headend. If it does, that means they have again proven that the only thing of value that has been created is their server and its software. The STB and their home made head equipment were a waste, but neccesary for them to trial and test their system over the past 24 months. I am glad CCUR just walked in the door and plugged in their server. They didn't need millions in financing or 3 years of trials. For all that work, Diva has something like 2,000 subs and won't likely expand that much until the DT-5000 box is released.

Go back to your server please. Don't you guys have some defense contracts to work on. Lots of satellite problems these days, why don't you go solve that.
