On the subject of bargains - why buy a net with a PE impossible to determine but definitely sky high (even if looks cheap like DRIV) when you can buy a 40% growth stock (98-99) with a 23 PE which has just dropped 60% for no reason anyone can figure out. It's productline is #1 most popular in its field and it's expanding like wildfire. Just go to your local mall and check it out. That stock is BEBE. It was a bargain at 27 when I first recommended it. Now it's at 21-22. Can't go any lower IMHO but in this market crazy things happen. One crazy thing is that the price of BEBE could be this low. Worst case scenario it will be much higher if you're patient, by Xmas a probably double, but it's a fast-mover up and down and can tack on 5-10 points in a week when it flies. Trouble for me is it just flew the wrong way, too far from 50 down to 21. Now it's poised to zoom back. Earnings continue to be stellar with no end in sight. Get in before the rest of the traders on this one. I'll let you know if I ever figure out a reason for its decline.

Any other glaring bargains out there? I mean high-earners with great futures and low-low stock prices? That's the only type of stock I'm looking for now because while I expect the internets to keep recovering a bit I'm pretty spooked with them now.

COMS, SDTI, WIND, PFE and CHRZ are others I like now for value and possible fast up-movers. DCTI will fly next time it's ready to. Very cheap now (shoulda sold on the last run-up but it missed by ask price by 1/8). ELNK, ONEM and BNBN I'm holding for at least another 10%. Will probably go past that.

Good luck everybody. I'm bruised and battered by the last 6 weeks but am cautiously optimistic on the market and longer term very optimistic on these value plays. I look at my watch list and see mmost of the major stocks already "fairly" valued. That's why IMHO it's tiem to bottom-fish for the quality stuff.
