Actually, he is right about semi equip execs not being that good at forecasting the business cycles. Lam CEO Bagley is the only one who seemed to have a good handle on where things were headed during the last downturn, at least of those that were making public statements.

Now, when it comes to knowing when to sell, that I will give them all high marks for. They do seem to have a good handle on when their stocks are richly valued, and one could do much worse than to sell when they sell.

Justa, what matters is that Cramer has a mouth, media exposure with a following, and can bring the mo-mo money. That he is clueless is academic, as long as we are not clueless.
