Anyone know what those extra 120 million shares issued went for. Was it MPTV selling the shares to raise capital to pay back bridge loan?

Also it doesn't talk about the bridge loan, did the JV partner lend the money?

Questions, questions.

I watched alot of penny stocks in the past and it seems it's always been a struggle for MPTV. When you think of how PRWT (now PABN) and ARET and others, all with loads of shares outstanding, the MM's would let them run on a regular basis, all on very little news or news of little substance. MPTV has solid news, which makes it a solid company in a solid industry, and the stock goes down,.... go figure!!!

There's always another day!!
