There will be no more technical updates of AOL -

Or any individual stocks from now on. Too much work, no reward. So this will be my last post here for a while. I will post only when there is a big signal on the daily chart.

Rather than review individual stocks, I will be reviewing the CBOE Internet Index from time to time, as it is a close proxy for the blue chip Internet stocks.

After trading back into the May 26 low, these stocks have bounced to the 20-day EMA where the downtrend line is also located. The INX is at a critical juncture here, and given the strength of the recent sell off, any failure to capitalize momentum to the upside will bring sellers back into the fold.

On the weekly chart, the recent decline was very severe. These stocks are trying to find a bottom here. Assuming this week's lows will hold, the INX could bounce, but a significant neckline has been set up here, and any breach of this will mark a complete breakdown of the sector. We shall be monitoring this closely.

Good luck all.
