I'd be interested in hearing about the mechanics of it. You'd have to separate the slime, which would mean cooking the stuff, then extract the seeds....

Perhaps it would pay to do up a big batch, and can it. Perhaps an all-organic marketable product there for someone to explore.

The hormonally-challenged Cajun would probably settle for lard; quicker and easier. Unless we're talking about a hormonally challenged poor Cajun with an kosher partner. I suppose such a case could lead to desperation, which of course is the parent of invention.
