Back to the "live" question. Something can be alive without being a person. I think we have clearly established that kitties, apples and such may be alive and good eat'n yet not a person. I know you think there is a problem of saying at what point a fetus, baby, or child becomes a person. Right? If so, how do you define an adult as a person aside from their living biology?
