The problem as I see it is that PM and WWWC has already defaulted on the court order "Within ninety (90) days of the entry of the order, all shares of WWWC stock, whether preferred or common, shall be exchanged at a ratio of two (2) shares of WWWC stock for one (1) share of New Discoveries Publishing Corporation, Inc." Notice the key words..."Shall be exchanged" Well.... let me tell you... I have not even received the final conversion letter... let alone have my shares exchanged. I have no idea what PM is hidding, but there must be some BIG ass skeletons in his closet. I hate saying it.... but god help our company when all the lawsuits start hitting the newwires.
