All this is arbitrary, subjective and ultimately meaningless. Merely because you pluck parameters out of the thin blue sky does not mean all humanity must pluck the same parameters. An early developing child to many will not be considered brain "dead", but brain "developing." Merely because you or some other human cannot measure a certain activity of a child's brain does not mean ipso-facto that the child is simply insignificant, unworthy of support.

And your equating the "soul" with the brain is pure speculation, certainly no basis upon which to base a destruction of organisms existing on the human continuum.

Brad Dryer on the new interface:

(1) the SI interface will not change significantly...we're of course going to keep making improvements, as we have in the past. We're still going to get the majority of our ideas for these changes from member feedback.
