Mr. Delbert Steiner reports
On June 7, 1999, Delbert Steiner partially exercised a warrant as to 570,000
common shares. As a result, Mr. Steiner beneficially owns or exercises control or
direction over a total of 2,001,782 common shares, being 14.21 per cent of the
issued capital of the company. This was an increase of 2.83 per cent with respect
to the issued shares. In the event of the exercise of all convertible securities owned
by Mr. Steiner, he would own as of June 7, 1999, 2,449,782 common shares
being 16.86 per cent of the then issued capital assuring no other common shares
were issued.
The company also advises that on June 11, 1999, the Tomasovich Family Trust
exercised warrants to purchase 1,146,923 common shares. As a result the trust,
together with Theodore Tomasovich who is acting jointly or in concert with the
trust, as of the date of exercise beneficially owns or exercises control or direction
over a total of 4,784,065 common shares being 31.41 per cent of the issued
capital of the company. This was an increase of 6.22 per cent with respect to the
then issued shares. In the event of the exercise of all convertible securities owned
by the trust and Mr. Tomasovich, they would own 18,478,071 common shares,
being 63.88 per cent of the then issued capital of the company assuming no other
common shares of the company are issued.
