I've been in this stock(always holding long)for about a year and a half. I am wondering when and how much this thing is gonna go with news we have all been waiting for? How much impact will this partner have on our stock? The last question I have is with these extra shares being generated will it dilute the eventual run? I haven't posted for a long time, I was hibernating until this thing got rolling.I hope I don't sound like a perpetual question machine but if there are any stock analysts out there feel free to also answer. Thanx! Scott P.

The reasons Why MPTV is a great , great buy , in fact a must buy.

1)The loan has closed the company can move forward.
2)The overall structure of MPTV has been radically altered for the better.We are now partners in a new bigger company , a company with a nationally recognised name on board.We aren't just a company dealing
in timeshares and having the stigma of the past failures holding us
back.When the name of this partner is revealed , this will us huge
credibility in the Market which we up to now lack.

Also the marketing of the Timeshares will be made alot easier now that we have a)a big name and b)a Sports centre on the
grounds to offer people a extra activity.

Oh for God sake this will be a FITNESS CENTRE virtually next door to
one of the Top 5 tourists attractions in the world.I'm Irish and I don't live in America but what I can gather fitness is very big , so
this is a huge plus.

Also there is less chance of MPTV management doing anything dodgy now
that they have to account to their partners.

3)Now of course there has been a price to pay for this butit is totally wong to say that "The MPTV shareholder's interest in the new 'Limited Liability Corp.' is the 1.5 Billion dollar question!!!"

First of all the float is is unclear altough I accept it has risen,to what level I'm not sure.

Second we haven't got a clue of the stake , yes we might only own 50%
of this new property but remember Lake Tropicanna isn't are our only
property , we have 2 other properties we even now are worth something,
but their value will appreciate greatly if things go well.

Thirdly as I have pointed out above there is going to be a new fitness
centre built on the grounds with all the associated benefits.Which means that you can't say that our interest is worth half what it just
to be if the JV owns half because our half isn't half of what MPTV
used to be , it is half of the old MPTV +half of the new fitness
centre and new goodwill and brand name value they bring on board.

Fourtly we always knew we would have to concede something if it wasn't
this it would of being a loan with somebody like Gould , who when things got though pulled the plug , this is a much better arrangement.

When I spoke to MPTV , I said that I thought that the news as average
this was after a very causal glance , the lady (Peggy or Gail I get
mixed up)said that I was missing the point , that in the fact the huge
is news and I asked her to explain , she read through the PR and put
emphasis on the National recognised partner and said that was the real
story of the PR , of course she wouldn't name the partner but she assured me it was fanastic news and after some thought I think she was
dead right.

I'm writing this in Amsterdam , which I was planning to walk around but instead I had to write this , very sad but I'm hooked . I must
go to get a flight to Nigeria now , it is unlikely I will be able
to monitor MPTV over there but I do expect this stock to reach the
heights but I can't say when but it is a winner.
