I didn't tender expecting that the shares would still be trades even after expiration (like vlsi) - oh well. Schwab told me after checking into it today that I should expect money for untendered shares in 2-3 weeks. I sure hope this is a conservative estimate. Anyone receive funds for untendered shares yet? If anyone does soon, please post. -schlep

Yap! $$$Tonight in Brown's account, last night in Schwab's account. Thanks to all here for all the help in networking field. By the way, I have received a proposed settlement with all defendants for stocks traded in 1992!!! Settlements provide for aggregate payment including interest with total approximately $1,027,000,000.00. Plan of distribution will occur at the end of this year...waiting for peanuts... It seems like I am always stuck in stocks of corporations being sued for lack of honesty....at least with Fore I made a few bucks... Perhaps we should keep this Fore thread still open... Joe
