Phil, Encouraging feedback. Thanks for passing it on. 3) He indicated that he had established several relationships (I assume with investment firms) since coming on board and expects those efforts will bear fruit in the next four weeks. Had there been a single buyer (for the increase above 50,000 shares a day), I would have expected a 13D or G to have been filed earlier this week. (Accepting the 10 day filing requirement as fact) I haven't seen one yet. If 2 to 4 institutional buyers, I'd still expect to see the forms on Edgar before the middle of next week. If more buyers than that, our new CFO has been very successful in attracting attention indeed. :-) Best wishes, Ian.

I think we may have everything come together for strong rally in Mattson over the next 6 weeks, for a retest of 16. Look's like 3 things will happen about the same time. 1) Semicon West, which I think may be showing of a step change in strip technology with the new tool that does Low K. 2) Earnings and the conference call with a very positive, likely the most positive ever, forward outlook. 3) If the new CFO has done his groundwork as expected, some new, and positive, coverage.
