I think you're right--in the absence of revenues, a tertiary stock offering almost certainly WILL be necessary, and the terms might not be particularly favorable, which could cause a lot of stockholder restlessness. If we have more than a million chips installed by the end of the year then all will be well, but the chances of that happening don't seem very great to me. If/when that happens we'll see a preceding very sharp rise in the stock--there's no way that news like that could stay under wraps, I don't care what the SEC says--and that will be the tip-off, in my view.

I also share your concern that the longer we wait the more likely it is that, in a market as ultra-dynamic as this one, we'll get left in the dust because new "solutions" will have come along. We've all seen the Beta-max/Apple OS examples thrown around the WAVX threads, and it is a real concern to me.

On the other hand, IF we can get successfully deployed............
