I have seen this before. The N.R. was a direct hit against DNI, they could have done this without publicity, like mature gentlemen. They are well aware of the potential. Let's face it, DNI has the bucks, bottom line. Dni has worked hard for this.

I am not sure, I think for starters, it would be nice to know who Mr. 2973090 is. On the other hand, a company to raise this issue must be really quite sure about their legal position, otherwise it could backfire royaly. If they have substance, it should be over soon. I am not sure how this affects Dumont, except that if they are fighting for a piece of barren land, it must be worth something . Perhaps the properties were sold from the same prospector and there is potentially a legal issue on what Dumont thinks they actually have, I am not sure on this.
Stay in touch. NWI still looking in the dumps, I will keep my dry powder just in case.
