Netbank is way too expensive for Go2net.

As of today, NTBK market cap is 0.9B, while GNET market cap is 1.5B. And you have to dole out some premium for NTBK, say at least 40%, considering that NTBK was a $2B company one month ago.
As a shareholder, I'd strongly oppose such an extravaganza.
IMHO, GNET did many ( should I say all ) acquisitions in a very economical way, like SI, Haggle, IQC. For recent IQC purchase, GNET just paid $20M worth of GNET stock, it was a steal.
