MTHONER, too bad that you don't give a rip about the May 25 PR, but how often does this happen in suspended stocks I wonder. After all this is meaningful, special dividend. It must stretch the imagination to imagine that false or fraudulent PR's would be put out under those circumstances. I simply have to assume that the SEC follows the companies they suspend.
Of course if you're selling an asset you don't start out by publishing your financial situation to the world. This sounds like a broken record by now but this is how I see the situation.

I might add that in the NCDR suspension a SEC state SEC man sounded like they were suspending and leaving it to the MM's to figure out the continuation and any information from the company at their risk. It has been surprising to realize that something that resembles a secret oolice exists in the U.S.
