Sorry to get back to you so late. I am assuming that you meant selling the CPQ calls after buying the stock. You can wait and take the chance to see a nice price rise materialize, but I tend to pull the "sell call trigger" a bit early, mostly because of some bad experiences with waiting it out in the past. There is "nothing" worse than waiting for your stock to go up before writing, only to see it move sideways or down for an extended period of time, losing valuable time premium, and now probably having to sell a lower strike.
