"Isn't it also possible, that due to the fact that TAVA is doing more and more business with major corporations and municipalities, that some other company could come along and make an offer that is more in line with the "real" value of TAVA thereby benefiting these new shareholders as well as the old shareholders with a greater return on their investment?"

Of course anything is possible, but don't hold your breath. Two months have gone by and there has been no sign that another company is interested in TAVA. Believe me, I would be delighted if another offer was tabled.

"The stockholders are getting screwed."

On this point, we are in total agreement.

Dear Norm: After reading the contract with REAL it seems obvious that they also were concerned about such happening which is why the contract forbids TAVA execs from any contact with others and imposes a rather large breakup fee. IMHO if the deal were to fail TAVA might immediately drop some but that would only be temporary and then it would likely SOAR. The 10k is due out about 9/30 and the HUGE backlog which is likely would be REQUIRED to be disclosed. As to the screwing part.......never a more understated suggestion. JDN
