El,, they guy/lady that takes the job will not be a youngster full of piss and vinegar with fire in his/her belly unless there is nothing else out there for that individual. The timeframe before being fired is in the vicinity of 6 years. (I am convinced even EP would not have flushed us this far this fast) Whoever it is if they are doing well must take the money and run in 4 years as they could write their own ticket from there. If they are slow in turning the overloaded boat they will have a hard time finding any job... It is easier to make "a name and rep" turning a company in the sewer than a comany doing well. But PERCEIVED failure (which could just be time) will sink that person forever. The challenges are great--- some will be horrible and some fun,, 1st and foremost he fat needs trimmed FAST! That is many months late already. The rest Rosen may have a handle on,, I just wish he would "execute at internet speed"! Since EP & EM left we have heard very little until today. NOW we have a plan but no execution and nearly 3 months with little else is not my idea of speedy... Start to execute the damn plan already! How many of the yet unknown number (not a full plan?) are gone? 28 - 30 by 12/31 will be a miracle at this pace...
