from this mornings heard on the street col.

Sun Microsystems, which makes products for computer networks, fits in
the camp, says Steve Milunovich, head of technology research at Merrill
Lynch. "A couple of months ago, my trading desk called up and said it's
starting to trade like an Internet stock, which was a good thing then," Mr.
Milunovich says.

Though he believes that "in general, the Internet is still a good thing" for
companies, he reckons that the stock of Sun rose too high on its Internet
connection. Since a peak of 72 1/2 in April, the stock has dropped as low
as 49 3/16 before recovering to 62 11/16 Thursday on Nasdaq.
