Not a "non-event" to me garner. Maybe for your closed eyes. Please do not attempt to tell me what is an event or non-event for FCM. It does take money for a lawsuit doesn't it? Is Peters pocketing that, or shareholders? Would that be a non-event, spending FCM money on a lawsuit? Appearently FCM thinks it was an event, true? Maybe we'll here at the meeting. Mike
