Your concerns are valid, but... Have you voiced them with Mr. Rabins or Mr. Schneider? I have found them to be very responsive to specific questions about their plans for the future of NewKidCo. Ask them point blank what you are worried about (because of your past experience) and let us know what they say. In my conversations with them they have made it clear that NASDAQ/NM is a top priority... and if it isn't then they are lying to me straight faced. Long term shareholders like us deserve to know the truth.
