One lesson I learned in investing there is no correlation between stock value and company product quality. AOL is always busy, countless pop-up ads, frequent disconnection, yet it's a 100B company, far more richly valued than any of its peers. Why? It's the brand-name.

Not often for me. I find Ameritrade completely crappy though. Now that trading levels are down it is working perfect. I haven't had a problem with E trade for weeks.
