Bob, those people who accused you of not being smart were way off the mark.

I believe otherwise.

In fact, I think you are quite clever in the way you try to bait critics of the company into posting something that would set them up to get SLAPPed.

Bob, the problem is one can't very well argue whether someone did or did not break a law if one can't even agree if a law applies, right? When you ask what law HITT may have broken do you sincerely want to know? If you do, then why not make a call or two to see what rules may apply? Like I said before, I'd answer these questions for you but I'm sure you'd rather hear the answers from someone you trust. Deal?

1. Since it's inception, has HITT ever been exempt from Rule 13d-1 of the General Rules and Regulations promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934?

2. The FTC has a Trade Regulation Rule entitled "Disclosure Requirements and Prohibitions Concerning Franchising and Business Opportunity Ventures" ("Franchise Rule"), 16 C.F.R. Part 436. Is HITT currently exempt from the Franchise Rule?

A simple "yes" or "no" to each will suffice. Thanks again in advance.
