Ed can always IPO a subsidiary to raise cash if he has too, and he does have cash on hand to pay the $1.5 million per quarter if he needs to for awhile. But by issuing stock it's like doing a small secondary every single quarter. To my mind it would be much better to do a big secondary (complete with Wall Street analyst coverage) or an IPO (complete with Wall Street coverage) and get the Redeemable issue out of the way once and for all, rather than to let this wound bleed for the next 10 years.

I think we should add a question to our list for Ed as to how he plans to prevent this from becoming a festering cancer.

Carl
