Hi Claude,

Good points. However, the same forces that might cause any major retracement are largely the same group that are responsible for increasing the outstanding shares. If MAN was able to get above $6 then I would certainly expect some supply to appear, because of those warrants at that level.

What the chart does tell me is that even if MAN pulls back, there isn't much reason to be upset.
