Check this company... might be in your area?

homeruns.com

In the bay area, webvan.com is better than peapod
homegrocer.com is serving Seattle and Portland

Imo homegrocer is best but webvan is not bad

Susan...I agree with you, I too am a woman who hates to shop, but I do not buy online simply because I want to see and touch the item I am buying. I like the 3D effect. I would never buy clothing, I want to touch the fabric, see the exact color, and try the fit.

If I have a specific item I want, know exactly what it is, I will buy online.

I do believe we are an exception, most women love to shop and do not get the same browsing experience through a computer. What I am saying is that it will take a woman to understand and know the types of items another woman will buy because she knows and wants the product, i.e. coffee, books, and basically those unique catalog items that we love so much.

I AGREE, MY HUSBAND FEELS LIKE THE LUCKIEST MAN ONE EARTH. PRIOR TO THE INTERNET HE HAD TO BEG ME TO GO SHOPPING. OR WHENEVER WE HAD SOMEWHERE TO GO HE WOULD STOP AT THE MALL AND A BIG FIGHT WOULD START BEFORE WE EVER WENT. LIFE IS MUCH EASIER NOW.
P.S. hE FELT LUCKY BECAUSE ALL THE MALE FRIENDS OF OURS COMPLAINE ABOUT THE WIFE SHOPPING HABITS.

With all due respect Susan, it appears you have no time to shop because you are always online. I guess it is really just a matter of preference, now isn't it?
