Sorry, but I don't believe that constitutes a banner ad. I would consider it to be an "other form of solicitation".

There may be some technical definitions of banner advertising that I am unaware of that this blue slime steers clear of but this is certainly not in the spirit of the original representations to us.

Contracts are construed against their drafters. If there is an ambiguity about what it means, the decision goes against SI. Basic contract law.
